ULSTER COUNTY PUBLIC SAFETY RADIO TOWER PROJECT

Ulster County is soliciting sealed bids for the construction of a communication facility on 486 Pitcairn Road in the Town of Olive, New York.   The work includes the purchase and installation of one (1) steel lattice antenna guyed tower including center foundation and guy anchor designs and guy wires with ancillary equipment in accordance with manufacturers written instructions and approved submittals. The purchase and installation of one (1) concrete panelized equipment shelter in accordance with the manufacturers written instructions and approved submittals. The purchase and installation including termination of all wiring of one (1) emergency generator in accordance with manufacturers written instructions and approved submittals. The purchase and installation of three (3) 240-gallon propane fuel tank including all required piping and terminations in accordance with the supplier/manufacturers written instructions, submittals and Contract Documents.
