Repair Masonry – Myers Fine Arts & Yokum HallDescription: The work of this single bid project includes , but is not limited to, concrete façade repairs, brick masonry repairs, coating of concrete facades new metal wall panels on Yokum Hall upper façade, demolition of Myers split slab walkway concrete toppings, coring in existing Myers concrete walkways and installation of new roof drains and leaders tied into storm sewer, installation of new drainage mat and concrete topping at Myers split slab system, installation of new modified bitumen roofing system at former Myers concrete walkway, demolition of Myers entry ramp, stairs, sidewalk and site lighting, new concrete sidewalks and ramp, lighted bollards, landscaping, benches and bike racks. Plans will be available after February 12, 2025, through Camelot Print & Copy Centers (518-435-9696 & camelotbids@teamcamelot.com ). A project walk-through has been scheduled for February 26, 2025 at 11:00am, meeting at the SUCF Office at SUNY Plattsburgh. Located off Sanborn Ave near the Central Heating Plant. All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 3/22 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule.
