Town of Greig Comprehensive Plan

Seeking consulting guidance for the development of a Comprehensive Plan for the Town of Greig.  Bidder should have prior experience in facilitating the development of Comprehensive Plans especially at a Town level.  It is expected that the consultants will provide mainly in-person guidance.  Contract requirements are expected to be fulfilled by a single company although small subcontracting activities to meet diversity goals are acceptable and encouraged.No
