South Shore and Cedar Creek Collection System CMOM and I/I StudyDescription: SUPPLEMENTAL Request for Proposals RFP No. PW-S35135-01C The Nassau County Department of Public Works intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Design Engineering services in connection with the following: South Shore and Cedar Creek Collection System CMOM and I/I Study The Department of Public Works desires to retain a Firm to provide Engineering Services in connection with the South Shore and Cedar Creek Collection System CMOM (Capacity, Management, Operation, and Maintenance) and I/I (Inflow and Infiltration) Study. Sealed Proposals regarding this project are due on or before 3:00 P.M. on Friday, September 13, 2024 at the location specified within the RFP. No late proposals will be accepted. Please note that this is not the Request for Proposals. The Nassau County Bid Solicitation Boards are open to all registered vendors. Vendors that have not registered are able to view open solicitation opportunities, but they are not able to download solicitation documents or submit bids or proposals. The selected firm will be required to provide proof of general and professional liability insurance in the minimum amounts of $2,000,000 in the aggregate and $1,000,000 per occurrence, respectively. The successful Proposer will be required to comply with the requirements of Local Law No. 14-2002, “Participation by Minority Group Members and Women in Nassau County Contracts” and Local Law 2-2016, “Participation of Service-Disabled Veterans in County Contracts”. All Proposers should review the provisions of Appendix EE (included as an attachment to the RFP) which outlines the requirements of Local Law 14-2002. Technical proposals shall include information regarding the Proposers plan to comply with Local Law No. 14-2002.
