Rehabilitate Thompson Hall

The work of this single bid project includes, but is not limited to:

1. Abatement and demolition of interior and exterior building components.
2. Exterior building envelope improvements including insulation and window replacement.
3. Gut renovations of building interior for modern academic building including replacement of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems and installation of a fire sprinkler system.
4. Site improvements and utility upgrades.

Plans will be available after August 26, 2024, through Plan & Print Systems, Inc. (315-437-5111 & https://www.planandprintroom.com/ ).

A project walk-through has been scheduled for September 17, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. Please see the bidding documents IFB for location or confirm with the Consultant.

All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 9/13 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule.
