Hinman Volleyball Court Improvements

Binghamton University is seeking a qualified contractor to improvements to the existing volleyball court within the Hinman Community. The project scope includes demolition of existing site features, replacement of the volleyball court sand, net, and border, repairs to the existing tension netting system, the addition of site stormwater piping underneath the volleyball court, site lighting around the court, and stone seating, and other new miscellaneous site amenities associated with the site work. Project must be completed by November 29, 2024

A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Tuesday September 10, 2024 at 11:00 AM in conference room C of the Physical Facilities Building.  Please reference Binghamton University's website for parking instructions.

Prospective Bidders must purchase a bid set from nyplanroom.com to be considered a responsible bidder, even if the bidding documents were viewed or obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website and registered bidders will be updated periodically with addenda, list of registered plan holders, reports and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the project. All other official notification, addenda and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner or Engineer will be responsible for bidding documents, including addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.
