SUNY Upstate Community Hospital Parking Garage RepairsDescription: The State University of New York at Upstate Medical University will receive sealed bids for Project Number. 1156 Titled SUNY Upstate Community Hospital Parking Garage Repairs until 2:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, April 24, 2025 at: Delivered to: Ms. Ivy Lopez/Mrs. Jeanie Pender Contracts & Campus Purchasing SUNY Upstate Medical University Dr. Sarah Loguen Center, 2nd floor 650 South Salina Street, Room 2050 Syracuse, New York 13202 where such proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. Proposals may be hand delivered or mailed to the above location and must be received at such time. Scope of work is to include but not limited to asbestos abatement, demolition and removal of selected portions of building or structure, steel framing and supports where required, surface preparation and application of high-performance coating systems on exterior structural steel members, repair of horizontal, vertical, and overhead concrete surfaces, plumbing removals and associated work including sanitary waste and vent piping and facility storm drainage. All work on this Contract is to be completed within 180 days after the date of the Notice to Proceed. No individual walk throughs will be provided.
