Description of Goods or Services to Be Bid:  The Work for this Contract includes furnishing, installing, testing, and placing in-operation signal equipment and materials required for a complete operational fixed- block signal system for the Culver train yard. The Contractor is required to replace all existing signal equipment in the Culver Yard, including interlocking tracks, signals, local cables, switches, track circuits and contact rail. This is an A+B Bidding Contract.
