Bernard Fineson 2024-2028 HVAC and Hot Water Preventive Maintenance and Emergency Repair Services for Community Group Homes in Queens County

OPWDD’s Contract Management Unit for Bernard Fineson DDSOO is soliciting sealed bids from responsible and qualified contractors to perform Preventive Maintenance & Emergency Services for HVAC & Hot Water Systems for Multiple Community homes in Queens County. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to annual start up service, inspections, and maintenance of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Systems and Water Heaters.

Please note this is a new and separate procurement from the recently released IFB for campus sites in Queens County.

References, experience, financial resources, and applicable insurances are required. The bidder or its principals must submit at least three work references that will verify that the bidder has at least three years of experience.  Bidder will be required to comply with all local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and ordinances governing the performance of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Systems and Hot Water Inspections, Start Up, and Maintenance services.  Contract will be awarded to the responsible and responsive bidder that provides the lowest Total Annual Estimated Combined Cost. Prevailing wage will apply.
