Architect/Engineer Design Services - Historic County Courthouse Exterior Improvements – Capital Project 1439

The County of Rockland, Facilities Management, wishes to contract for Architecture & Engineering (Historic Preservation) Design Services (i.e., historic building restoration, plans and specifications, bidding and construction documents, construction cost estimates, construction administration and as-built drawings) for the Historic Rockland County Courthouse Exterior Improvements.

The County of Rockland officially distributes bidding documents through the Bonfire System. Copies of bidding documents obtained from any other source are not considered official copies. Only those vendors who obtain bidding documents from the Bonfire Portal are guaranteed to receive all attachments, drawings or addendum information, if such information is issued.
