Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the requirements of Section 103 of the General Municipal Law,  Allegany County is requesting sealed bids for:

A Utility Vehicle with wheels and track system for the Sheriff's Office.

Bid documents with requirements, specifications, and a description of the terms and conditions for bidding are available on the county website www.alleganyco.gov and may be obtained from the County Administrator’s Office, 7 Court Street, Rm.  213, Belmont, NY, Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Interested parties assume all responsibility to acquire bid information and forms.

Sealed bids should be addressed to County Administrator Carissa M. Knapp, 7 Court Street, Rm 213, Belmont, NY 14814 and labeled "Utility Vehicle Bid."

Bids will be received UNTIL 1:00 p.m. on Monday, September 16, 2024, after which they will be publicly opened and read in the Legislative Chambers, Rm 221 in the County Office Building.
