Outside Counsel for SEQR Process and Evaluation

The New York State Gaming Commission is soliciting proposals for RFP C202405 for Outside Counsel for SEQR Process and Evaluation.  The RFP is available on the Commission's website at: https://www.gaming.ny.gov/about/procurement_opp.current.php  

The contract with Outside Counsel will be for a two-year term with a maximum cap (inclusive of all fees and disbursements) of $500,000. This solicitation is being let as a discretionary purchase of services having a value less than $500,000 under New York’s State Finance Law § 163(6) and is therefore open only to bidders that are (i) a certified minority-owned business, (ii) a certified women-owned business, (iii) a certified service-disabled, veteran-owned business, or (iv) a small business as defined in State Finance Law § 160(8).  Please see Part 3 of the RFP for more details.
