Introduction:

Stonybrook University is seeking information from qualified vendors regarding ERP Managed Services. We are exploring options for service delivery under various models, including Insourcing, Hybrid, and Outsourcing, to support our Oracle SaaS ERP system. This RFI aims to gather detailed information on the services you can provide under these models, including your approach, experience, and capabilities.

Purpose of the RFI:

The purpose of this RFI is to: 

1. Understand the range of SaaS ERP Managed Services that your organization can provide. Our institution is currently in the process of deploying the following Oracle (SaaS) ERP Modules: Finance/ERP, EDM, EPM, and HCM.
2. Evaluate the different service delivery models (Insourcing, Hybrid, Outsourcing) that you offer.
3. Assess your experience, capabilities, and approach to managing ERP systems under these models.
4. Gather information on pricing structures, service levels, and potential implementation timelines.
