Attention Contractors:

The North Country Rural Development Coalition (NRDC) is inviting bids for the replacement of a manufactured home as part of our CDBG-funded project in Ticonderoga, NY. The project is scheduled to commence in mid-September and includes the following scope of work:

• Site Evaluation and Preparation
• Installation of an Energy Star certified manufactured home (approximately 1200 square feet)
• Foundation Work
• Utility Connections
• Septic System Replacement
• Obtaining Certificate of Occupancy

Contractors must ensure compliance with New York State and Local codes.

We favor contractors with experience in frost-protected foundations and Energy Star certified manufactured homes.
