The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQL) to establish a pool of contractors who have expertise in one or more areas of residential energy efficiency and clean energy. NYSERDA is seeking qualified applicants in the following areas spanning across single-family to multifamily, retrofits and new construction:

Category A:? Market Development and? Implementation Services

Category B: Residential Services Providers

Category C: Technical Support, Analysis, and Tool Development

Category D: Housing and Policy Expertise

Eligibility/Qualifications Requirements/Preferences:

Knowledgeable staff or team with documented and relevant experience in one or more Categories; Demonstrated knowledge of New York State’s residential market; Ability to deliver services requested in one or more of the Categories within New York State; Flexibility to respond to services requested
