Professional Service for IT 2024 Telephone & Voice Data

Description of Goods or Services to Be Bid: This is a request for a four -year contract for the Telephone and Voice Data Managed Services (2 Broadway, BSC, MNR, IG, MTAPD, 300 Cadman Plaza, and 4 Bus Depots). The period of performance requested is 1/1/25 to 12/31/28. The MTA intends to contract with one firm (“Contractor”) to provide comprehensive services inclusive of labor, equipment including hardware and software, material and support of specific existing telephone and voice data systems (the “Services”), with an MTA option to add, delete, modify and upgrade/downgrade locations and equipment, including additional MTA agencies and facilities. Additional responsibilities for the three (3) assigned, dedicated technicians, the Contractor will be required to assign one of them as a roving technician to cover all Bridge & Tunnel locations, Penn Station, Bus Depots, MTAPD, and 300 Cadman Plaza. The roving technician will be asked to assist at other sites when the other technicians require assistance in fulfilling their workload.
