Smart Growth Comprehensive Plan, City of Glens Falls NY

The City of Glens Falls is requesting proposals from qualified professionals for the preparation of an updated Comprehensive Plan in accordance with New York State’s Smart Growth Program. The plan is being prepared in accordance with the New York State Department of State’s grant and community planning program requirements. The plan’s recommendations
will be the basis for a full update of the City zoning code.

The City encourages Women and Minority Business Enterprise participation. Individual professional providers and small firms are encouraged to collaborate to propose the full scope of services under a single lead contractor.
