Financing Advisory Services Request For Proposals

The New York Center for Research, Economic Advancement, Technology, Engineering and Science Corporation (“NY CREATES”) is hereby soliciting proposals from responsive,  responsible, and qualified Financing Advisor Firms (“Financing Advisor” or “FA”). The selected FA will provide a breadth of professional services to include solicitation of financing, analysis, structuring, negotiation, issuance, maintenance, and adjustment of debt instruments issued by NY CREATES to support semiconductor R&D related capital expenditures. NY CREATES is a 501c(3) not-for-profit membership organization whose main purpose is to serve as a resource for 300mm semiconductor research and development with industry, academic, and government entities.
