Clinical Court Liaison Services

PURPOSE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)

The purpose of this request for proposal is to enter into a contract with a qualified firm to provide Clinical Court Liaison Services. The selected provider will be responsible for supporting our court system with expertise in mental health assessments, crisis intervention techniques, treatment recommendations and coordination with relevant stakeholders and services.   It is anticipated that this RFP may result in a contract award to a single provider. 

 This RFP is designed to provide interested offerors with sufficient basic information to submit proposals meeting minimum requirements but is not intended to limit a proposal's content or exclude any relevant or essential data.  Offerors are at liberty and are encouraged to expand upon the specifications to evidence service capability under any agreement.

The County of Rockland officially distributes bidding documents through the Bonfire System. Copies of bidding documents obtained from any other source are not considered official copies. Only those vendors who obtain bidding documents from the Bonfire Portal are guaranteed to receive all attachments, drawings or addendum information, if such information is issued.
