Operation of Chronic Hemodialysis UnitsDescription: It is the intent of the New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision (NYS DOCCS ), Division of Support Operations, to procure Chronic Hemodialysis Units at four of our New York State Correctional Facilities. NYS DOCCS is seeking a qualified vendor that shall provide the operation of these units while meeting standard of Article 28 of the New York Public Health Law, and the Guidelines of the National Kidney Foundation-Dialysis Outcomes Quality Initiative. NYS DOCCS will require mandatory site visits at each of the locations; Wende Correctional Facility July 29, 2024 at 9:00am Elmira Correctional Facility July 30, 2024 at 9:00am Fishkill Correctional Facility July 31, 2024 at 9:00am Walsh Regional Medical Unit August 1, 2024 at 9:00am Each bidder is required to attend all four site visits.
