Bid #24068 - Heils Creek Outfall Mitigation

Intent: Drainage improvements at five outfall locations along Pine Edge Drive.

This project is being supported, in whole or in part, by federal award number SLRFP1985 awarded to the Town of Brookhaven by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. 

This project is being funded by American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) grant monies and as such is subject to the standards of the granting agency such as Minority and Women Business Enterprises (M/WBE). See Appendix B of the bid document for complete compliance regulations. 

All prospective bidders MUST sign page four (4) of the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) packet acknowledging that they are registered with SAM.gov and a copy of their active SAM.gov registration must be submitted with this bid.

The Town of Brookhaven has established an overall 30% goal for Minority and
Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) participation (15% MBE and 15%
WBE) for this project. The Contractor shall make, and document, all good faith
efforts made to achieve the MWBE Goal.

There will be a non-mandatory site-visit held on Tuesday, September 10, 2024, at 17 Pine Edge Drive, East Moriches, NY 11940 at 11:00 a.m. All interested parties must register to attend by sending an e-mail to: PurchasingGroup@BrookhavenNY.gov
