Contruction Manager

Requesting proposals for Contruction Manager Services.  The Genesee County "Engine House" is a county owned facility at 3 Main Street in Batavia NY, 14020.  The historic building currently houses the County Facilities and Public Defenders departments.  Genesee County has selected an architect to complete design drawings to renovate a portion of the "Engine House" to expand office space for the Public Defenders.  The County has selected SWBR with offices in Rochester, NY as the Architectural firm for the project.  The plans for the project are approximately 90% complete, and are attached as an appendix to the RFP with is available to download from Bid Net.  www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york
