Public Safety Building Mechanical Improvements

The scope of work consists of the replacement of the makeup air unit/DOAS unit, associated condensing unit and steam coil, and replacement of the DOAS unit with a heat pump style VRF coil utilizing clean heat.   Associated electrical and general construction work to support the mechanical scope is also included.
