Cayuga Watercourse Turnkey Construction and Operations Services

The New York Power Authority is seeking proposals from qualified Developers for the turnkey Design, Construction, and Operation of the Cayuga Watercourse to be developed at Lock CS-1 on the Cayuga-Seneca Canal. The work will consist of advancing the Authority’s 30% design package to completion, permitting and constructing all work, and marketing and operating the facilities in accordance with an agreed operations contract.
