2023-189 Parking Lot Reconstruction Design

The University at Buffalo plans to retain a consultant for the design, construction administration and full time construction observation for  the reconstruction of various parking lots located on the North and South Campus’s.

Responses to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) shall include a Letter of Interest, Qualification Statement, Consultant Questionnaire, and any other required information and shall be returned by 4/25/24 by 2:00 PM to:

Anticipated effective start date is 9/13/24. Anticipated construction complete is August 15, 2027.  Expiration date for the resulting contract shall be August 15, 2028 to allow for guarantee period oversight, project close-out and final payment. See Section 3.1 of the RFQ  for additional information.

1. Submit five (5) complete sets of qualifications, one of which must have original signatures in sealed envelope.
