There will be on site scope of work meeting dates August 26th , 27th, and 28th between the hours of 9 a.m. and 2.p.m.  Please contact Tony Cesare to schedule a site visit.

 

This is a prevailing rate project. All contractor(s) and/or sub-contractors must meet OSHA and NYS Labor Law Compliance. Current prevailing rate information can be found as an attachment to this request for proposals.  Contractor is responsible for using updated NYS DOL Prevailing Rate.

 

Bidder is required to submit proof of Workers Compensation and General Liability Insurance for all contractors and/or sub-contractors with bid. BIDDER MUST ALSO COMPLETE ATTACHED NON-COLLUSION BIDDING CERTIFICATION.

 

Scope of work to include the following:

 

Tree removal behind 89 Cohoes Ave in Maplewood, NY.

 

  • Approximately 15 pine trees to the west side of the 34.5 KV transmission line

 

Exclusions:  Building permits fees, if required.
