This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law Sections 139 j&k, AKA the Lobbying Law. Therefore, vendors are cautioned that the only permissible contact for this procurement is the individual listed below. Contacting any other individuals at Upstate in connection with this advertisement may constitute a violation of New York State Finance Law. Failure to comply with this requirement can range from no contract award to debarment from sales to any NYS agency.

Vendors responding to this advertisement shall be required to complete and submit applicable documents related to Vendor Responsibility, NYS Finance Law Sections 139 j&k, and New York State’s Tax Law Section 5-a.

Vendors responding to this advertisement must submit valid and current NYS “Workers’ Compensation and Disability Forms”.

Requirements:

• Must be able to do business in New York State
• Vendor must have been in business for over 5 years
• The platform must already exist and be able to implement immediately
• The software solution must be able to provide a dashboard for employees and managers, which will allow end users to easily see necessary mandatory training
• The solution must provide Professional Development and Learning/HR Software to monitor completion/compliance rates in real time
• Software must seamlessly integrate with BrightSpace LMS
