Campus Maps, Virtual Tours & Events Calendar Solution

The State University of New York at Fredonia seeks to purchase an SAAS solution (Solution) to provide combined/integrated service of digital campus maps, virtual tours, and campus events calendar. The Solution must be an existing commercial package developed for higher education. The successful vendor should be able to demonstrate a consistently positive track record based on having effectively supplied such a Solution to multiple higher education clients with needs comparable to, or greater than, those of a small-sized comprehensive institution such as SUNY Fredonia.

The results of this RFP will be used to award a three-year contract, with the option to renew for two additional one-year terms, to the Bidder determined to be most qualified.
