LED Lighting Upgrade at 1, 2, and 3 UN PlazaDescription: The United Nations Development Corporation (UNDC), a public benefit corporation of the State of New York, is seeking a qualified contractor to furnish and install LED lights at portions of One, Two, and Three UN Plaza. The buildings are Class A high-rise commercial office buildings located in east midtown Manhattan. The buildings will be occupied and operational throughout the duration of the project. Interested companies must provide evidence of their qualifications and relevant experience including a minimum of five (5) references from high-rise commercial office buildings in New York City with contact information. The due date for submission of qualifications via e-mail, regular mail, courier, or personal delivery is 9/24/24 at 2:00 pm EST.
