Description:

This Request for Quote (RFQ) is pursuant to the agency's discretionary purchasing authority of up to $750,000.00 under State Finance Law Article 11, Section 163 (b) for the purchase of commodities from certified Minority or Women-Owned Business Enterprises (M/WBE's).

The New York State Police is soliciting quotes for the purchase of sixty (60) Microsoft Surface Pro 10 Tablets and accessories.  Please see the attached mandatory requirements for complete item specifications.

Please note:

  • Substitutions will not be accepted.  Quoted items must be as described in the attached mandatory requirements.
  • The NYSP intends on making a one-time purchase with the authorized reseller/ distributor who provides the lowest quote.
  • Quotes must be itemized to show the unit price per item. Shipping charges, if applicable, must be a separate line item.
