Description:

The University at Albany, SUNY, intends to make an award under its discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law §355(5)(a), to Terra Dotta for a Study Abroad Program Management System (i.e., AlertTraveler and Payment Gateway components). A sealed bid will NOT be held.
