Term Commissioning Services

As a comprehensive cancer center, Roswell Park consists of a wide range of different occupancies and sensitivities. Renovation is a continual process consisting of projects in varying size, complexity, and cost. The work of these projects may significantly impact the existing infrastructure thus requiring the expertise of a Commissioning Agent (CxA) to act as an objective advocate of the owner to verify and document the installed arrangement and performance of various engineered systems and services (Services).

            Roswell Park is soliciting competitive proposals for Services to act as the Owner’s Representative for the purpose of ensuring that the requested systems are installed, and the operational conditions meet or exceed the design and operational intent and that specification or code-required deliverables, and documentation is received.  

            As a result of this RFP, Roswell Park may award multiple zero-dollar term contracts to CxAs to provide the proposed Services. Each CxA will sign an agreement for a three (3) year initial term which shall automatically renew for three (3) successive one (1) year renewal terms.
