Project Description: Renovate an existing, two-story, single family residence, approximately
1,400 square feet in area, with detached garage. The site has been abated.
Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work:
General Contract (all trades).
Bid Opening: Owner will receive sealed bids until the bid time and date indicated above. Bids will be thereafter be privately opened.
Bid Security: No Bid Security is required.
Pre-Bid Conference: A pre-bid conference for all bidders will be held at the project site on
Wednesday, August 14, 2024 at 10 am, local time. Prospective bidders are recommended to attend. Owner, Architect, and CM will be in attendance.
