Professional Services for the Replacement of the West End Firehouse Roofs

This Request for Proposal (RFP) and consultant selection process is being conducted to engage a professional design firm/team that will coordinate, perform and/or subcontract an array of professional services to undertake and complete all approved activities necessary for the purpose of performing environmental and engineering investigations, preparing final design, construction documents, and bid specifications related to the replacement of the West End Firehouse roofs. Based upon the required criteria, an internal Evaluation Committee shall review and evaluate each Proposal and recommend award be made to a qualified consultant that submits a Proposal that best meets the City’s needs.
