Copado 2025 Renewal

Description: The New York State Department of Labor (“NYSDOL”) intends to procure Copado products as listed on the Financial Response (Revised) 2025-04-21 Excel document. This will be a one-time purchase order.

BACKGROUND

The New York State Department of Labor (“NYSDOL”) is seeking the manufacturer Copado or an authorized reseller of Copado to provide the products as described on the Financial Response (Revised) 2025-04-21 Excel document. The vendor must provide these products from 06/01/2025 - 05/30/2026.

STATEMENT OF WORK

The Selected Vendor shall provide products as outlined on the Financial Response (Revised) 2025-04-21 Excel document.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• The vendor must be the manufacturer Copado or an authorized reseller of Copado
• The vendor must be able to provide the products in the quantities outlined on the form Financial Response (Revised) 2025-04-21 Excel document.
• The vendor must provide products from 06/01/2025 - 05/30/2026
• The vendor must hold the prices for 180 days from the time bids are due.
• The vendor must provide Workers Compensation and Disability Insurance as outlined in the Appendix GTC – General Terms and Conditions.
• The vendor must follow the terms and conditions as outlined in the Appendix A – Standard Clauses for New York State Contracts.

The proposer must be willing to enter into a one-time purchase order in the event they are

selected for contract award.
