C&V Elevator Modernization

Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is seeking competitive bids for the complete modernization of the existing two (2) elevators located in the Cell & Virus Building (C&V). The C&V is located on the Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center campus (141 High Street). The building was originally constructed in 1965 and includes six stories, a basement and a seventh floor mechanical penthouse. Most of the building is occupied Monday through Friday during normal business hours except for the 4th floor Lab Medicine space which operates 24/7 to accommodate testing services for Roswell Park’s patients.

The basis of the project is to: Provide all material and labor for a comprehensive and fully-functioning modernization of existing C&V Building Elevators 1 & 2, traction elevators in a high-rise building. The elevators serve a multi-story administrative and laboratory building, whose services will remain uninterrupted during the course of this project. This will be a single prime contract.
