CDBG Grant Replacement of Water Sewer Laterals


Description:

 

            The Village of Waterloo is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Program Delivery and Administrative Services in conjunction with their recently awarded $278,000,000 FY 2023 CDBG Grant for the replacement of water and sewer laterals on scattered sites in the Village.  M/WBE and Section 3 firms are strongly encouraged to respond.
