18 E. Fulton St., Gloversville, a project through the GRIP (Gloversville Revitalization and Improvement Program) grant is seeking bidders for an exterior/interior project.

Full Notice to Bidders is in the attachment, as well as the first 3 pages of Bid Documents. Documents also include Contractor Bid Forms and Scope of Work.

All Bidders are instructed to examine the write-up carefully, and to visit the site of this work to ascertain personally by investigation and observation, the extent and character of the work to be performed, the location and availability of the various utilities and the present condition of the site.

Sealed Bids are due by May 8 at 2 p.m. Assure both sides of the bid envelope are clearly marked stating: “SEALED BID FOR 18 E. FULTON STREET, OPENING ON MAY 8^th at 2:00 pm” Address BID’s to the Owners and deliver to the city of Gloversville, Clerk’s Office, 3 Frontage Road, Gloversville, NY 12078 on or before the day stated and DATE STAMP.
