CareFusion Alaris Infusion Devices, Equipment & Supplies

SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University intends to purchase Alaris Infusion Devices, Equipment and Supplies from a contract awarded by Premier pursuant to its authority under section 163 (3) (vi), which authorizes the purchases of commodities from a consortium or comparable entity in lieu of using a centralized contract and without a formal competitive process when justified by price. Vendors who sell equivalent Infusion Devices, Equipment and Related Products may, if interested, contact Frantz.Poyau@downstate.edu to discuss the procurement.

Equivalency must be demonstrated by meeting the requisite clinical performance of the Alaris Devices, Equipment and Related Products. If offering a clinical equivalent, the vendor must provide free supporting clinical documentation, and equipment for examination, demonstration, and trial. Vendor must be authorized to access the Devices and Equipment  as listed on the Premier contract or approved equivalent. This procurement is subject to
