Bus Maintenance and Inspection Services

Dutchess BOCES is seeking sealed bids for Bus Maintenance and Inspection Services (RFB #2526-08). The selected vendor will provide New York State-mandated DOT inspections, preventive maintenance, and repair services for the agency’s school bus fleet on an as-needed basis. Services must be performed at the vendor’s facility by qualified, certified personnel in compliance with all applicable NYS DOT, DMV, and NYSED regulations. Bidders must be registered as a NYS Motor Vehicle Repair Shop and an authorized NYS DOT Inspection Station. Subcontracting is not permitted; all services must be provided directly by the bidding vendor. The initial contract term runs through June 30, 2026, with up to four optional one-year extensions upon mutual consent.
