IFB 2025-04 Seized Drug Forensic Testing

This Invitation for Bids (IFB) is issued by the New York State (NYS)
Department of Corrections and Community Supervision (herein after referred
to as DOCCS or the Department). DOCCS is seeking the services of a licensed
and accredited Forensic Laboratory that has trained, experienced forensic
scientists or chemists and an experienced supervisor for forensic testing of
suspected seized drugs from DOCCS locations including but not limited to all
42 Correctional Facilities located throughout New York State, Office of Special
Investigations Field Offices and Central Office in Albany, New York.
