Employment and Income Verification Services

Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), OTDA of the State of New York (“State”) is seeking competitive proposals from qualified vendors for one single contractor to provide all OTDA’s Employment and Income Verification (EIV) Services as set forth in Appendix W “Scope of Work” in the RFP (“EIV Services”).

The chosen Bidder must provide OTDA with access to EIV data, to be used in performing eligibility determinations for applications, renewals, and continued eligibility and benefit level for government benefits that include, but are not limited by, the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Public Assistance (PA), The Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP), Medicaid Assistance (MA), the Child Care Assistance Program (CC), and Child Support Services (CSS). OTDA completes over 200,000 employment verification lookups monthly.
