Urine Toxicology Screening

Description:

The NYS Office of Mental Health is seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), quotes for a 5 year contract, to provide urine toxicology screening services at Buffalo Psychiatric Center.

Questions from attendees are to be submitted to the Consolidated Business Office per the instructions in the IFB by Wednesday, September 15, 2021 by 3:00 PM EST. Questions and Answers will be accumulated and sent to all attendees by Wednesday, September 22, 2021, as well as posted to this ad.

Bids are due Thursday, September 30, 2021 by 3:00 PM EST.

"Pursuant to the NYS Finance Law, Sections 139-j and 139k, the Procurement Lobbying Act, applies to this solicitation. The restricted period began with the publication of this ad and will end with the formal approval by OSC of the contractual agreement".
