Postsecondary Data Partnership ServiceDescription: The City University of New York (CUNY) intends to procure a subscription to the Postsecondary Data Partnership (PDP) data service, beginning on July 1, 2025, for a period of up to five (5) years on behalf of the City University of New York Office of Applied Research, Evaluation, and Data Analytics (OAREDA) for use by stakeholders at CUNY Central Office and its affiliated campuses.
Product Requirements: 1. The user license should provide access to the PDP data service, including a nationwide, central data cooperative for student educational records from participating postsecondary institutions and data management services that allow these institutions to process and disclose educational records for analytic purposes.
Vendor Requirements: To be considered for award, the prospective vendors must be authorized for sale/resale of the PDP service to public educational institutions. Prospective vendors that are authorized for sale/resale to such entities must meet, at a minimum, the functionality and product requirements described above. Vendors are invited to submit no later than the date set forth below: 1) documentation verifying that you can meet the minimum product requirements and 2) a letter verifying your authority to provide these services.
“Accessibility Conformance Report (“ACR”) or a completed Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (“VPAT”) (MUST be submitted by Proposer, reviewed, verified, and accepted by CUNY prior to award of Contract, and Proposer MUST provide test temporary credentials for the appropriate University staff person to perform a test of the Services to ensure the Services meet the requisite accessibility standards).”
Any purchase that results from this advertisement shall be governed by the terms and conditions of this advertisement (including, without limitation, any attached specifications and any other terms and conditions attached hereto or incorporated herein by reference), by the University’s standard Purchase Order Terms and Conditions, and by Appendix A, Standard Clauses for New York State Contracts, all of which are incorporated herein by reference with the same effect as written.
