Feasibility Study for Route 13 Parcel


Description:

The Town of Dryden seeks to enter into an agreement with a qualified consultant to provide a feasibility study for an approximate 100-acre undeveloped parcel on Route 13 (on the north side of the highway), between the NYSEG building and the Rt. 366 turnoff towards Etna (Tax Map Parcel #44.-1-9).

This feasibility study, although intended for this one particular parcel, should have elements that are transferable to other appropriate sites within the Town should this specific parcel become unavailable.
