Genesee-Finger Lakes Regional Thruway Detour Route Management Plan

The Genesee Transportation Council (GTC) seeks proposals for consulting services to conduct the Genesee-Finger Lakes Regional Thruway Detour Route Management Plan. The purpose of this project is to develop a plan that will identify strategies to improve traffic management on the NYS Thruway detour routes in the Genesee-Finger Lakes Region.

The RFP Package will be made available on Monday, September 15, 2025.
