4.1.24 - OMH issues C202147 Switchgear PM (Manhattan PC)

The NYS Office of Mental Health’s Manhattan Psychiatric Center is seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Inspection & Testing of Switchgear & Ancillary Equipment at Manhattan PC, located at: 102 Rivers Edge Road
New York, NY 10035

The Program Work Plan with Preventative Maintenance Tasks, Equipment List, Schedule Matrix, etc. is located in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate. Interested Vendors should review the Contract Boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid.

A Mandatory site visit will be held on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, at  2PM ET 10:00 AM ET. Interested bidders are to sign in at the main entrance. Site visit registration can be accomplished by completing and sending the Site Visit Registration Form (Attachment B of the IFB) no later than April 8, 2024, by 3 PM ET. 

Questions from bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by Thursday, April 18, by 3 PM ET per the instructions in the IFB.  Questions and Answers will be sent to all bidders attending the site visit, as well as posted to the NY CR ad, on April 25, 2024.

Bids are due no later than 3 PM ET on Thursday, May 2, 2024.
