RFP for CDBG Program Delivery & Administrative Services

TOWN OF CORTLANDVILLE

Request for Proposals

The Town of Cortlandville is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide Program Delivery and Administrative Services in conjunction with a recently awarded $750,000 CDBG Housing Rehabilitation Program Grant (NYS CDBG Project #287HR319-24).  M/WBE firms and Section 3 businesses are strongly encouraged to respond.  Proposals must be submitted no later than noon on Thursday, March 27, 2025e.  Proposals may be mailed or delivered in person to the Cortlandville Town Clerk’s Office, Raymond G. Thorpe Municipal Building, 3577 Terrace Road, Cortland, NY 13045.
