MUNICIPAL ADVISOR AND SWAP ADVISOR

The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) on behalf of itself and its
subsidiaries and affiliates including the Triborough Bridge and Tunnel Authority
(TBTA) is soliciting responses from qualified firms to provide municipal advisory
services and/or derivative advisory services. MTA will be conducting this
procurement through a secure online portal managed by the Government Sourcing
Group (GSG). For a firm to access the GSG platform and be eligible to submit an
electronic proposal, prior to the specified due date they must register with GSG. A
firm that registers is encouraged to submit a proposal but is not obligated to do so.
There are no GSG fees applicable for this procurement.
To obtain information about and register for this procurement, a prospective Bidder
must contact Mr. Adam Ellsworth of the Government Sourcing Group (GSG) by
telephone at (203) 434-3918 or by email to aellswor@mtabsc.org. Upon registration,
GSG will facilitate access to RFP#1592, documents and provide instructions for
responding to the E-Procurement RFP.
It is anticipated that the document will be available on the GSG portal to the
registered Bidders on or about September 1st, 2021

The currently scheduled due date for MTA to receive bids through the GSG portal is
September 24th, 2021, 4:00 PM EDT. No bids will be accepted after the due date
unless that date is extended in MTA's sole discretion.
