The New York State Thruway Authority is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified consulting and/or contracting firms to handle the processing, payment, tracking, consolidation and data management of utility bills as well as energy procurement services.

Contract Term: The term shall commence on upon approval by Authority’s Executive Director and shall terminate three (3) years after commencement. The Authority shall have the option, in its sole discretion, to renew the Agreement for two (2) additional one (1) year terms.
